Here are some of the questions we commonly hear. If your question isn’t here, feel free to call or message us and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can!

What is your pricing like?

For regular credit play, it’s $1 for 10 credits, and most of our games take 10-18 credits. We have MANY 10-credit games, but we also have a couple that are just 5 credits, and a few redemption games like Ticket Ring, Fantastic Prize, or the Play-to-Win Claw Machine that give out prizes or major tickets which cost 18 credits. We also have a few long-play games that are 12-15 credits, and the 360 VR which runs 50 credits. How many credits you should purchase depends on what type of games you plan to play. You can add any amount you want to your Power Up Card, starting at $1, but the more credits you buy at once, the more bonus credits you get. Where $1 gets you 10 credits, $10 buys 105, $20 buys 235, $50 buys 650, and the bonus keeps climbing! Regular credit play earns tickets to redeem for prizes when gamers are done playing.

If you are booking a party or with a large group, we offer some unlimited play options. Unlimited play allows someone to play as many games as they want within a period of time, with a few exceptions. The big redemption games (Ticket Ring, Play-to-Win, Stackers, and Fantastic Prize) are excluded, and unlimited play only includes one free VR ride. Unlimited play also does not earn tickets to redeem on your card during the specified play time. However, if gaming is your group’s main focus or you’ve got a group to keep busy for the length of a party, you can choose an hour of unlimited play for $10 per person or two hours for $15 per person.

Right now, our everyday fare includes nachos, chips, candy bars, popcorn, cotton candy, and chicken tenders. We also offer Papa Murphy’s pizza, though we don’t always carry extra on hand. We order pizza for parties on request, and we usually have a few extra pies on the weekends. If you are planning a trip ahead of time and give us a call, we can often pick up pizza for your visit if we don’t already have it in stock.

When it comes to parties, we don’t mind if you bring your own dessert or other foods, but we’d prefer that groups of over 10 people do reserve a room if they are bringing in outside food, rather than just using the tables in the main arcade as it is difficult to clean up food messes in the main arcade when it is busy.

Besides our refreshing slushies, we offer Coke products in our fountain and in bottles, as well as a variety of other options to quench your thirst, including Propel, Mountain Dew, Sunny D, Gatorade, Monster, and more. We do not currently serve alcohol.
